The honest safety answer
No supplement is automatically safe for everyone. Risk depends on the formula, dose, allergies, medical history, medicines, other supplements and the reason a person is considering it.
Pre-use safety checklist
- Obtain a readable current Supplement Facts panel.
- Compare every ingredient against medicines and existing supplements.
- Discuss use with a clinician or pharmacist if you have a medical condition.
- Stop before surgery if advised by the surgical team.
- Do not use the product to delay evaluation of persistent or sudden symptoms.
Who should seek professional advice first?
People who are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication, have liver or kidney disease, have diabetes or blood-pressure concerns, use anticoagulants, have allergies, or are preparing for surgery should not rely on generic website assurances.
What does the FDA status mean?
FDA states that it does not approve dietary supplements for safety and effectiveness before marketing. Facility registration, inspection or compliance language is not product approval. We will not display an “FDA Approved” badge.
The vendor uses facility-related FDA language while also acknowledging that dietary supplements are not FDA approved. Consumers should not interpret facility language as endorsement of the product.
When dizziness needs medical care
Sudden or severe dizziness can be medically significant. Seek urgent care when it accompanies weakness, facial drooping, trouble speaking, fainting, severe headache, chest pain, irregular heartbeat, vision loss or difficulty walking. Recurrent symptoms also deserve assessment rather than self-treatment.
If a reaction occurs
Stop using the supplement, seek medical advice and retain the bottle and lot details. Serious adverse events can be reported to FDA and the company.
